Justina Blakeney is an artist and writer who currently lives and works in Los Angeles. Her latest endeavor, Outdoor Shower Tiles is an excellent example using ones each trait.
“During the pandemic, we’ve been spending so much more time indoors than we used to,” Justina explains “and going outside to spend 15 minutes in the sun and get fresh air and a shower has been awesome“. These wonderful tiles create the sense of need. Like very fine illustrations, the tiles are humorous, refreshing and at the same time unique.

Justina Blakeney is originally from Berkeley, California. She is an artist focused on home décor, furniture, stationery, textiles amongst other things. Furthermore, her first book, The New Bohemians: Cool and Collected Homes, was a New York Times bestseller.
These outdoor shower ideas are wonderful. Apart though form her work, Blakeney sees thinks differently. “Outside, I’m in a different head space.” she explains. “I’m taking time to look up at the clouds, and I’m looking up at birds flying by—or, if it’s night, looking up at the stars—and I’m connecting with nature in a very casual way instead of being really in my head“.
