Inès Longevial is a French artist who currently lives and works in Paris. She uses colours and geometric shapes to express her work, focusing primarily into the female body. “Being a woman is central to my work. Also, we probably paint what we know best.” she explains. Her main technique is oil painting, and uses it wonderfully.

Inès Longevial Bio

Longevial started painting at a very young age. “When I was sixteen years old, I went to boarding school to learn applied arts. It was probably during these three years that I learned the most – it was very intense.” Ines said in a recent interview. “Since then, I’ve continued to go beyond hardships and tried to keep my enthusiasm by thinking about painting every day“.
