The orginal budget for the renovation was €18,000 being extremely tight. However, every euro was wisely allocated: “€12,000 have been used for energy efficienty improvement (roof insulation and biomass stove) and € 6,000 for indoor rehabilitation.” explains the architect. The house was 100 square meters providing an open plan living area, smart kitchen and dining space. The other side of the house has the bedroom. The result is impressive Enjoy.
