Paper Collage Narratives by Paulina Alonso
Paulina Alonso
Paulina Alonso is a Buenos Aires based artist. The prominent techiniques she works one are paper collage techniques. She is part of the federal network of collage artists in Argentina. “We understand collage as a new story, resignifying the images, we generate something new from something pre-existing, changing the original meaning, the elements that we take from different places, especially from the graphic but not exclusively.” the federation points out. In this series Alonso sets a story and runs it through wonderfully. The result is impressive. Enjoy.
