Jonathan Lawes’ Prints
Jonathan Lawes is an English artist having a Bachelors of Art from Leeds Arts University. He spent several years in Berlin and recently he relocated to South East London. As Jonathan’s degree was related to Printed Textiles and Surface Pattern Design, his work divides between design and print. His style combines both geometric shapes and bright colors. As a result, this creates unique prints that have a distinct style.
“My work is presented in a very graphic way, with my love of geometric shapes evident alongside my attention to colour and detail.” Lawes explains in a recent interview. This current article presents work throughout his career. Enjoy.
