Kristy Blackwell is a Toronto based artist. She has degrees in both fine arts and computer animation using them both for her work. However, fine arts remained her passion; drawing and painting is predominant for her occupation. “I try not to overthink a pose or composition because it can quickly lose its authenticity or vitality. I want to capture fleeting moments so I am learning to trust my instincts” she explains and it’s evident by her series. The result is impressive. Enjoy.
