North Fitzroy is a Melbourne’s suburb having Victorian and Edwardian era terraced housing. Architects Pipkorn&Kilpatrick managed wonderfully to re-create a 118 sq.m. one bedroom Victorian terrace to a fully functional accommodation place for four. They tried, with a limited budget, to create a pleasant place that can be comfortable for a family. The result is impressive. Enjoy.
