Cinematic Photography by Dean West
Dean West is currently based in New York, originally from Australia. Having a degree from Queensland College of Art he is focused on photography for some time. By reading his site “Passionately dedicated to the vast possibilities of digital photography as both a medium and a cultural epoch, West’s narratives draw inspiration from the total diversity offered by the visual arts“.
West has numerous awards being recognised from Saatchi & Saatchi’s “Top 100 Emerging Photographers” in 2008, having the “Advertising Photographer of the Year” at the International Loupe Awards (2008) and also the “Arte Laguna Prize” in Venice, Italy (2009). His work is focused in digital photography and his photographs is a narration of a scene.
