Penthouse Loft at 30th Floor, Kiev, Ukraine

Kiev is “an important industrial, scientific, educational, and cultural centre of Eastern Europe“. Having that in mind and watching this penthouse loft, one could identify that Kiev progresses steadily towards an extrovert direction. The architect Olga Akulova was the one to shape this apartment, becoming elegant and at the same time very comfortable for the owner.

The owner, having Spanish origin, needed an open space having the living room, the dinning room and the kitchen in one place. Being in the 30th floor, the penthouse loft has a stunning view. The apartment has some unfinished details, definitely on purpose, giving a more rawer look. The ventilating system as well as the building columns and the ceiling concrete are all on display.
