SLip is a French artist from Lyon focusing on collages. Being restless, he designed a wallet for Paperwallet featuring Leon Grellutch, the first Bengian astronaut. And this winning-design wallet is currently displayed at the Guggenheim Museum store in New York. “I love the idea that other people can have a part of my work—a piece of me—and they travel through the world with it,” SLip explained.

In the new project SLip identifies makeup issues with women as Femmes Fatales. These collages have the sense of exaggeration, yet this aspect is deliberate. SLip provides excessive focus on the face with nothing else to be balanced. “Through my collages, I propose a fantasy world where animals go to work, tyrants discover a difficult adolescence, femmes fatales have problems with makeup.” SLip mentioned. Enjoy.
