Formerly, this installation was a Victorian house. As a result, the house was a very heavy one for one to handle nowadays. Two architectural offices ιν τηε ψιτυ, Luigi Rosselli Architects and Campbell Architecture, collaborated to re-design the house. More specifically, tried to reshape the house without removing the old elegance. The façade of the house remained the same but in the interiors were fully replaced.

They used the best technology as far as the energy is concerned. The refurbished Victorian house had a fresh look, becoming energy sustained. However, without negotiating the style.
