The song was written by Gordon Lightfoot, a Canadian songwriter and singer having international success in the sixties and the seventies “helping define the folk-pop sound of [that era]“. It topped in Billboard Easy Listening and went up to number 5 in Billboard 100.
Conrad Roset is a Spanish artist, born in Terrassa, and currently based in Barcelona. He has worked in a diverse range of customers from Juxtapoz magazine and TED Talks, to F C Barcelona and Skoda cars.
Michael Carson was born in Minneapolis in 1972. Although he graduated from Minneapolis Institute of Art in 1996 he started painting full time after five years in 2001. Carson is another figurative artist featured in EWAT, most noticeable being Eric Fischl and of course Jack Vettriano.
Amadi became a client for herself re-designing her house in San Francisco. Originally form Genoa, Italy she designed her house having definitely regard of a European flair, though still there are some American touches.
“The work invites interpretation so that the viewer can relate the images to their own thoughts and experiences, creating a unique narrative for each individual.” Kai Samuel-Davis explains.
