Jacques Lamerde Transofroms Junk Food to Gourmet Dishes
Most of us have tried a McDonalds meal, or had at least once in a lifetime a pizza night. But how many of us served these meals to a proper dinnerware set? Jacques Lamerde created some astounding looking dishes just from junk food. They looked better, they were referenced better: ‘Hawaiian Bagel Bites, Cheetos, baby carrots, ranch purée, small vegetables, and chipotle‘ reminds of anything?
Indeed the set up of a dish, the name, the proper dinnerware set have their purpose. The one who tastes a dish needs a whole experience. Each item adds up to the satisfaction and the more senses are acquired the better. I am thinking that these dishes look better and by looking better subconsciously they are going to smell better, taste better. Perception is of course overrated, but in which part of life is not?
