Casa LA by Elias Rizo Arquitectos, Mexico
The relationship between the client and the contractor, from tailoring a suit to building a house, is of a great importance. And while this house was building, there was an excellent relationship betwen the two parts. “Thorough communication was established from the beginning and we were granted complete trust to translate their needs into space” the architect suggests, and the result is obvious.
In this case the client for Elias Rizo Arquitectos was “an unusual couple, so the house should stay away from stereotypes of regionalist design – and must respond to the particular way of life and thinking of their future inhabitants“. They tried, and successfully fulfilled client’s needs, by breaking the norm of the current at the time installations of the area. Enjoy.
