Everyone needs a good night’s sleep, though how many of them actually having it? Although all people spends a third of their life they think that sleep is not as important as it actually is. Some get medicine to maintain their sleep, others they are just used to not getting the amount of sleep they deserve. But what causing the lack of sleep and how one can gain it back?
