Paintings by Slava Fokk
Slava Fokk is a Russian painter originally from Southern Russia. He has a degree from Krasnodar Art School being at the time the top student. His work has been exhibited to Krasnodar until Gallery Zero, a prestigious Moscow Gallery. While still in Moscow he received the First Award in the Art and Time category through Moscow’s Tradition and the Present Art Festival.
As Fokk was born into a family of artists, he had been exposed to art very early in his life. His style is unique as he blends classical Russian elements of painting with his own style. Overall, Fokk’s paintings have the flair of old advertisements. As a result, his work has references of the 50’s and the inter-war period. The result is impressive. Enjoy.
