It is hard to imagine Audrey Hepburn in Eame’s house reflecting or Cary Grant in absolutely stunning Niemeyer’s house ironing his shirt but Federico Babina dit it. Being an architect and illustrator from Italy he created a new series of illustrations, Archilife, blending architecture, people, and domestic activities. ‘I have never liked the lack of life in the architectural representations that are often aseptic, clean and neutral. I enjoy imagining what life would be like in these static images. they are comparable to still life paintings.’ he explains. Being very creative, in previous projects were illustrations of interior and exterior of houses in the movies and a blend of art that becomes architecture. Enjoy.
