Gray Malin is an L.A. photographer. In the current project Up and Away, Malin tries to depict happiness by shooting balloons. “Balloons are a universal symbol of celebrations, happiness and joy” He explains. The series came to Gary when he was standing to Eiffel Tower holding a dozen red balloons during a phot-shoot.
After the Greek Isles project, Malin focusses on zebras, leopards and parrots; the protagonists of the shooting. The photograph with the zebras and the lagging leopard it definitely has a twist. The photographs were captured in Africa and the Bermuda. The result is impressive. Enjoy.
