Art Converted into Architecture by Federico Babina
One could identify a Mondrian painting or a Hirst sculpture. Though what about specific art objects can develop into architecture designs? Federico Babina established the correlation between well known paintings and related architectural patterns. Paintings by Halley, Serra, Lichnestein, Picasso, to name some, were the actual art Babina challenged to depict them as a form of a building.
The result is impressive, and on my view the best series he had showed so far. The two other works by Babina were about architecture and interior architecture coupled with cinema. Enjoy.
