Haifa House, Haifa French Camel, Israel

Third post about Pitsou Kedem, a studio in Tel Aviv that has done wonderful installations. The current house is in the French Camel neighborhood of  Haifa, in the center of the historic avenue. As the area was been inhabited from the early 50s the architect tried to comply with the facades of houses around, creating an almost anonymous facade. White is the prominent colour, but also finishes of grey or wooden touches are present. The house occupies 550 square meters within a 1,000 square meter plot. The whole design took 3 years between 2008 and 2011. Definitely catches the eye.
