Potholes are imaginary scenes in the city created by Claudia Ficca and Davide Luciano. These surreal photographs depict cracks in the blacktop of the roads as paintings. The photographs were captured in well known cities, such as New York City, Los Angeles, Toronto and Montreal.

Claudia Ficca and Davide Luciano are both artists who live and work in New York. More specifically, they love surreal photography. Claudia apart from being a photographer, she is also a food stylist. As a result, she has photographed food packaging for food magazines in a numerous occasions. She holds a BA from Concordia University.
Similarly, Luciano is fond of photography. Apart from photography, is also a filmmaker. He has numerous awards, including an award of excellence from Megan Fontanella. Both of them, being a couple, compiled this wonderful series. The result is impressive. Enjoy.
