Feelings Aren’t Final, Stefan Marx at PLUS-ONE-Belgium

Stefan Marx is a German artist based in Hamburg. His main practice is drawing and he has also published the book Economy Class depicting commercial planes, crew and passengers. “Educated by skate culture in his early teens, and now the creator of a vast artistic universe” he explains. He created the company Lousy Livin’ Company in 1995 to provide T-Shirts for skateboarders as the nearest skate shop was far away.

His first solo exhibition is Feelings Aren’t Final and will run until 17th December 2016 at PLUS-ONE in Belgium. “Witty citations stemming from overheard conversations, local typography or song lyrics […]” the gallery suggests. The drawings were made in a trip to New York last September. The result is impressive. Enjoy.
