Song 44: Buddy Holly – True Love Ways

Charles Hardin Holley, or better known as Buddy Holly, was described by critic Bruce Eder as “the single most influential creative force in early rock and roll“, having innfluenced some of the greatest artists ever like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and Bob Dylan. The song, True Love Ways, was about his relationship with his wife, Maria Elena Holly,  as a wedding gift. It was recorded in October 1958. Enjoy.
